As an Advertiser, you agree to be fully responsible and hold all legal liability for the accuracy, legality, and pricing of your advertisement. You agree not to make false or misleading statements in writing, within advertisements, or through the Car App messaging/chat features.
To protect our community, all uploaded content (images, text, and video) is subject to review. We use Artificial Intelligence (AI) and manual moderation to scan for unsafe, fraudulent, or inappropriate content. Car App Limited reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement deemed unsuitable, misleading, or offensive without notice and without refund.
Car App uses a database of available information relating to car makes, models and variants. From time to time, vehicle manufacturers supply limited edition models which may not appear on available databases. For this reason yor are adviced to always check the make, model, variant, equipment and other advertised details with the seller.
Individual accounts are entitled to a maximum of fifteen (15) free car advertisements in any twelve month period. Once these limits are reached, or if premium upgrades are selected, a small fee will apply. Car App Limited reserves the right to withdraw free advertising entitlements or update pricing structures at any time without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the liability of Car App Limited relating to any advertisement shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for that specific advertisement. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by "Force Majeure" events, including but not limited to acts of war, civil unrest, meteorological impacts, or other unforeseen catastrophes.
You may delete your account at any time via the "My Details" menu. Upon deletion, your data will be removed from live systems immediately and purged from archived backups within 28 days. Usage of your data is governed by our Privacy Notice.
The site, apps, and all associated content are the intellectual and copyrighted property of Car App Limited, London, England. "Car App" is a registered trademark. Unauthorized use of our trademarks or copyrighted material is strictly prohibited.
At Car App Limited, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect personal data—such as your email address, vehicle registration number, IP address, and postcode—strictly to fulfill our contractual obligations to you when you place a paid or free advertisement. We adhere to the principle of "data minimization," collecting only the information necessary to provide our services.
Trade and business advertisers will have their address published on advertisements for the purpose of enabling potential buyers to visit your trade premises, this is accompanied by a location map and can be viewed on your adverts.

When you advertise a vehicle, any photos showing the vehicle registration number will be publicly visible to any user on the internet. If you opt-in to show your phone number, it will be visible to other users. While your username alone does not identify you, please be aware that if you share your address, phone number, or other personal details via our communication tools, your account becomes linked to that identifiable information.
We retain your data only for as long as necessary:
You have the right to ensure your data is accurate. You can update your personal information under "My Details" or edit your listings via the "My Adverts" menu at any time.
You may delete your profile at any time by navigating to "My Details" and selecting "Delete Profile." Upon deletion, your adverts will be removed immediately, and your personal data will be purged from our databases within 28 days. Individual adverts can be removed by selecting "End Advert" in your account settings.
You may opt out of marketing or notification emails at any time via the "unsubscribe" link in any email or through the "Email Settings" section of your user profile.
Car App Limited employs robust technical and organizational measures to ensure your data is stored securely, maintaining its integrity and confidentiality. To ensure your data is protected under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), it is stored using cloud services provided by Microsoft, which is fully UK GDPR compliant. Your data will always reside within the UK legal jurisdiction.
Please note that when you choose to share information with other users via chat, email, or phone, you do so at your own discretion.
